Once he has been resurrected, Psycho himself then proceeds to resurrect Strategist Raider which turned the aforementioned evildoer into Space Raider as well as resurrecting a number of villains and monsters who had been defeated by either the Super Sentai teams throughout the years and Space Sheriff Gavan as well as said Space Sheriff's comrades in order to act as his army. At first, he had managed to gradually gain the upper hand in his fight against Kyoryuzin even with said giant robot being supported by Kamen Rider Wizard himself. However, it was the unexpected survival of the three Space Sheriffs that had managed to turn things around to the heroes' favor.
