Miss Angela Fairweather Rawlings is a scientist at Lightspeed and an expert on Ranger technology.

She is the sister of Clark Fairweather, another Ranger tech expert.

Miss Fairweather developed the Zords, weaponary, and vehicles for the Lightspeed Rangers.

Angela had later married Joel after all of his chases.
