20th Century Fox Film Corporation (or simply 20th Century Fox or just Fox) is a motion picture production company founded on December 20, 1934 out of the merger of Fox Film Corporation (founded in 1915) and 20th Century Pictures, Inc. (founded in 1932). It was best known for the Ice Age trilogy of films.

Popular franchises under the 20th Century Fox umbrella include "Star Wars", "Ice Age", "X-Men", "Die Hard", "Alien", "Night at the Museum", "Home Alone", "The X-Files", "Predator", and "The Chronicles of Narnia" (which was previously distributed by Walt Disney Pictures). Some of the celebrities to come out of this studio were Shirley Temple, who was 20th Century Fox's first movie star, Betty Grable, Gene Tierney, Tyrone Power from The Mark of Zorro, Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield.

Scrat, from Ice Age, is considered as the mascot for 20th Century Fox.

In association with strategic partner Saban Entertainment, 20th Century Fox produced Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie (1995) and its sequel, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997).
